A one-off event allowing business leaders and senior executives to be guided by a world-class academic research team in how to create and apply service-led business models to their companies will be hosted by Aston University next month.
The Advanced Services Global Forum, to be held on Tuesday 26th April in Aston Business School, is specially tailored for business leaders who are designing an advanced services strategy.
This hands-on event includes a 3 hour workshop session on designing a services-led customer value proposition and developing a strategy to implement this.
Each attendee will devise an offering they can take back to their business for immediate implementation. The focus of the offering is on helping the customer to improve their competitiveness rather than just engaging in a single transaction through the sale of a physical product. Research by Aston Business School has shown that this kind of business model can help companies to achieve annual growth of 5-10%.
